Ballet Arizona Prima Circle Evening

Annual donor appreciation event offers sneak peek of ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’

Ballet Arizona hosted a Prima Circle Evening, its annual donor appreciation event on Jan. 31. More than 100 members of the Prima Circle family of donors attended the exclusive evening at Ballet Arizona. Guests mingled with dancers and other patrons over cocktails and a variety of hors d’oeuvres catered by Fabulous Food.

After the reception, Dr. Ayanna Thompson, director of the Arizona Center for Medieval & Renaissance Studies at Arizona State University, spoke on “Love in A Midsummer Night’s Dream.” Her presentation was followed by a sneak-peek of the A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Feb. 13–16 at Symphony Hall with The Phoenix Symphony). The performance will feature new costumes and all new scenery. The evening concluded with dessert, champagne and conversation.
