Brooke carried the same handkerchief that her paternal grandmother used at her wedding 60 years ago and her sisters carried at their weddings. Each corner is embroidered with the date of the four weddings.

In honor of the couple’s Italian and Mexican heritages, a Mariachi band entertained during the cocktail reception, Sambuca instead of Champagne was used for the toast and a combination of Italian and Mexican pastries were served in lieu of wedding cake.
