Scottsdale Fashion Week, presented by Purely Sedona, will be postponed to September 24-27.
Steve LeVine Entertainment & Public Relations (SLE) in partnership with Ford Robert Black Agency and J Group Media determined that this decision is in the best interest for the safety and well-being of the community.
The four-day fashion event will now take place in the fall and will feature the same venues as originally planned. All purchased tickets will be honored on those dates. Information on refunds for ticket-purchasers who can’t attend on the new dates will be available at a later time.
The opening night showcases Best of Saks presented by Saks Fifth Avenue on Sept. 24 at Mercedes-Benz of Scottsdale. Celebrity author and stylist, Marcellas Reynolds, will be in attendance as the evening’s emcee and will host a book signing of his New York Times best-selling work, Supreme Models: Iconic Black Women Who Revolutionized Fashion.
Sept. 25, W Scottsdale’s WET Deck transforms into a runway show featuring various luxury swim and activewear designers including Akosha Swimwear, Stance, TravisMathew and Cami & Jax Swimwear. Akosha Swimwear will also host a pop-up shop on W Scottsdale’s WET.
Sept. 26, SFW hosts a fashion and wine event presented by Napa Valley’s wine, Seven Apart, at a private residence in Paradise Valley. The evening will feature a runway show with looks by Avery Rose Lingerie, a luxury lingerie brand designed, crafted and hand-made in Los Angeles and New York. A pop-up shop will be available for guests to buy the looks off the runway. Guests will also have the opportunity to pre-purchase Seven Apart wine from the first ever release by veteran winemaker, Andy Erickson. Avery Rose is .
SFW closes the week with a Fashion Finale Brunch on Sept. 27 featuring fashion by luxury brand St. John Knits. SFW will host a runway show while guests are treated to mimosas and light bites provided by new-to-Arizona restaurant, Zinqué. The closing show takes place in Scottsdale Fashion Square’s Crystal Court in their newly renovated luxury wing.
This year, Scottsdale Fashion Week partners with the Pearce Family Foundation. A portion of all proceeds will benefit the foundation and its mission to provide needed financial assistance, mobilize resources and engage the community to support families with a child facing chronic or life-threatening illness.
