NiteFlite

The Scottsdale Active 20-30 Club hosted its 29th annual NiteFlite events Oct. 19 and Oct. 20. The annual festivities raised $616,000-plus for more than a dozen local children’s charities, including charity partners from the #LoveUp Foundation and Playworks.

The NiteFlite Golf Tournament was held Oct. 19 at McCormick Ranch Golf Club, followed by the gala on Oct. 20 at the W Scottsdale Hotel. More than 1,500 attended the Saturday evening event to enjoy food and drinks from local restaurants and win prizes during the evening-long raffle. Johnjay Van Es and Rich Berrawere emceed the gala.

The #LoveUp Foundation has programs for foster care children, including Children’s Heart Gallery and Christmas Wish on 104.7 KISS FM. Playworks is a national nonprofit with services in Arizona. The organization helps schools and youth programs create recess and play environments where every child can join the fun.
