103rd Annual Charity Ball

Kate and Jeff Hubbard

The Board of Visitors, the oldest women’s charitable organization in Arizona, presented 41 Flower Girls to the community April 7 at the JW Marriott Camelback Inn Resort & Spa. The highlight of the evening was the presentation under the night sky as the young women were escorted by their fathers.

Following the presentation on the Sonoran Terrace, guests entered the ballroom for dinner. The entire room was awash in tones of pink, peach, purple and fresh spring green, with high and low arrangements on tables. Draped fabric in shades of pink defined the dance floor, lit by a crystal chandelier set with flowers. White House Design Studio created the elegant décor.

The Board of Visitors, founded in 1908, has granted more than $20 million to local nonprofit organizations in the greater Phoenix community serving the health-care needs of women, children and the elderly.
