Herberger Theater Festival of the Arts
The seventh annual Herberger Theater Festival of the Arts fundraiser returned to downtown Phoenix on Nov. 5 at the Herberger Theater Center. For the first time, admission was free.
More than 2,500 people attended the family-friendly event, which celebrated the arts. The afternoon included live music, theater and dance performances on four indoor and outdoor stages, a children’s activity area, film shorts presented by the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts | School of Film, Dance and Theatre, food, craft beer tasting and more.
Proceeds from the festival benefit the Herberger Theater’s Youth Outreach Programs.
The Herberger Theater Center is home to Arizona Theatre Company, Center Dance Ensemble, iTheatre Collaborative and other Valley theater and dance companies.
