Childsplay Honors Society for Imagination and Wonder Members

Childsplay hosted an evening to recognize current and future members of its Society for Imagination and Wonder. The Nov. 9 event, held at the home of Laurie and Charles Goldstein, featured a cocktail reception and a conversation with Vanessa German.

Guests were inspired by the presentation from German, a writer, performer, sculptor, photographer and citizen artist. The Pittsburgh-based visionary is represented in public and private collections around the world. As a citizen artist, German works with deep intentionality, exploring the power of art/love as a transformative force int eh dynamic cultural ecosystem of communities and neighborhoods.

Launched in 2013, the Society for Imagination and Wonder honors Childsplay’s most distinguished supporters, who have given more than $20,000 to the company in lifetime support.
