8th Annual Fresh Brunch

The 8th Annual Fresh Brunch was held at the Arizona Biltmore on Feb. 19. The sold-out event’s 1,200 guests generated more than $225,000 to support the work of one-n-ten, an Arizona-based nonprofit with the mission to serve LGBTQ youth and young adults.

Maricopa County Sheriff Paul Penzone was the guest speaker, and his wife, Veronica, also spoke. The brunch honored “Auctiontainer” Letitia Frye with the Babe Caylor Leadership Award. The Corporate Leadership Award was given to Mike Sparaco, AlphaGraphics president and CEO, and Darin Osborne, vice president and chief financial officer. Beth and Todd Weinstein received the Nora Gustavsson Volunteer Spirit Award. The QU Scholarship was presented by Dr. Shel-Do Legorreta and Kevin Axx, DDS to Nickolas Ryan.

Calvin Goetz and Kelley Densham served as the event co-chairs. The Honorable Neil Giuliano and Virginia Korte were the honorary co-chairs.
