SARRC, Autism Speaks Walk

Families from around Arizona came together Oct. 28 at Tempe Beach Park to celebrate the Autism Speaks Walk in partnership with Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center. The event drew almost 15,000 participants comprising 530 walk teams. The 13^thannual event raised more than $650,000 to support critical autism research and resources.

The Arizona Autism Speaks Walk in partnership with SARRC is one of more than 60 that happen around the nation. Half of all proceeds raised fund direct services and resources through SARRC. The other half supports Autism Speaks’ mission.
