KTAR Give-a-Thon Generates $1.9M

With the help of KTAR, communities across Arizona gave more than $1.912,955 to support care at Phoenix Children’s Hospital. The total shattered records for the nation’s longest and most successful radiothon of its kind.

The event, broadcast over five days in a virtual format, included appearances from KTAR and Arizona Sports personalities. All of the proceeds generated will directly benefit Phoenix Children’s Hope Fund, which funds essential equipment, operations, charitable care, Child Life resources, virtual care and research. Funds raised during Give-A-Thon make an impact on the delivery of expert, family-centered care for more than 204,319 patients each year. Donations are still being accepted HERE. Give-A-Thon will return August 2021.
