Evening on the Diamond

D-backs host 13th annual event to support Diamondbacks Foundation

On March 16, the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation hosted its 13th annual Evening on the Diamond at Chase field. D-backs manager Torey Lovullo and his wife, Kristen, chaired the evening that honored R. Michael McQuaid, Human Services Campus, with the Lee T. Hanley Community Leader Award.

Guests enjoyed both silent and live auctions, with a highlight of the live auction being the Audi 3-tron Edition One, marking the exclusive launch of the only electric SUV built with Audi DNA, one of 999 in production. Following dinner, country music artist Chris Young performed.

The evening raised $2.7 million to benefit the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation. The organization has raised more than $22 million over the past 13 years. Crescent Crown Distributing was the presenting sponsor.
