The Feb. 9 event emphasized the theme of “visibility,” and honorary chair Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego declared February 9 LGBTQ+Visibility Day. Honorary co-chair Daniela Astorga accepted the proclamation after sharing her visibility story.
