The Red Book is a private directory of mutual friends, business leaders and community volunteers who share common relationships and affiliations. Published as a limited edition, The Red Book can only be offered to those members listed in the book for their exclusive personal reference use only. The listing of your name in the book confirms your agreement not to use The Red Book for any commercial or solicitation purpose whatsoever. This year, The Red Book is available to members only in a limited electronic format. It is not to be used as a mailing list or for commercial gain. Listings are invitational and are based on community involvement and recommendations from members.
RB ONLINE will give you the opportunity to easily update your listing information and order books or online subscription service. If you purchase an online subscription, you’ll be able to search the Subscriber List, one name at a time, to give you real-time updates whenever and wherever you want or need them. You must be listed in the Directory and have the appropriate password information to access your account.
This year, NetSuite, a leading e-commerce software provider will power RB ONLINE. Your information for The Red Book will be stored on NetSuite’s secure servers, and procedural and technical safeguards are in place including encryption, firewalls and Secure Socket Layers, to protect your personal information against loss or theft as well as unauthorized access and disclosure. When you login to the MEMBERS ONLY area of the Site, NetSuite requires unique user names and passwords that must be entered each time a member logs on. These safeguards help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the appropriate use of data. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects information using both server authentication and data encryption to help ensure your account is safe, secure and available only to you.
As part of your membership listing in The Red Book, we obtain personal and business information about you, such as your name, address, email and phone number required for the products and services you are purchasing using the site. We are not in the business of selling or renting your information to telemarketers, and we do not share your personally identifiable information with others.
