12th Annual Autism Speaks Walk
Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center and Autism Speaks celebrated the 12th annual Autism Speaks Walk at Tempe Beach Park. More than 500 teams and an estimated 20,000 participants joined the Oct. 29 walk to raise autism awareness in the community. The event raised $885,000 to support autism programs and research. Half of the money raised will stay in Arizona.
