6th Annual Hope Breakfast Highlights Work of Esperança Around the Globe

Esperança held its Sixth Annual Hope Breakfast at Embassy Suites on Paradise Village Parkway, Phoenix, on May 5. “Hope” was the topic of the organization’s annual fundraising breakfast, where attendees learned abut the many nations and communities where Esperança completes humanitarian work. The several hundred guests raised more than $68,000 for the nonprofit.

317 cropSandi Perez, Ph.D., executive director of the Delta Dental of Arizona Foundation, addressed the guests, explaining what hope means to her and that dental health cannot be segregated from one’s overarching health. In early 2016, Esperança received a $15,000 grant from the foundation to assist with their local oral health program.
