Phoenix Boys Choir Leader Steps Down
After seven years as executive director of the Phoenix Boys Choir,
Richard A. Bowers has resigned from the 65-year-old organization.

AZ Opera's General Director Departs
Arizona Opera's General Director Scott Altman announced his
resignation April 8 according to David Christensen, chairman of the
company's board of trustees. The Opera serves both Phoenix and Tucson
and recently moved into the new Opera Center at 1636 N. Central Ave.,
near Phoenix Art Museum.

ASU Gammage has announced the new seven-show lineup for the
2013-2014 Broadway Season.
The season opens Sept. 17 with Priscilla Queen of the Desert. Evita
will play in December, Peter and the Starcatcher in January, The
Wizard of Oz in February, Once in April, The Gershwins' Porgy and Bess
in June and Jersey Boys in July.
